Who we are
Vehicularis Limited (“Vehicularis”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in London, UK, building privacy-first edge AI and software for connected devices. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy and are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Privacy is where we start, not a feature we bolt on. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
We keep collection to the minimum a service needs to function.
- Contact details. When you message us through the contact form, we receive the email address and message you submit.
- Nothing in the background. We do not build advertising profiles, run third-party trackers, or gather data “just in case”.
Our products
Our tools, including teshub and TabTasker, are designed to process your data locally on your device or vehicle wherever possible. Files and computation handled on-device do not pass through our servers, and we cannot see them.
How we use your data
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you have asked for. We do not sell, rent, or hand your data to advertisers.
Legal bases
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, we rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business to process the limited personal data described above.
Sharing and processors
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site, such as our form provider (Formspree) for handling contact submissions and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements and only as needed to deliver their service.
Retention
We keep contact messages only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for our legitimate record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Your data is yours to control. Depending on your location, including under UK GDPR, EU GDPR and CCPA, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Export or receive a copy of your data.
- Correct or delete your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, . You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Any cookies used are limited to what is strictly necessary for the site to work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
